"correct itself", I was definitely not feeling very optimistic! We always bring debit cards from 2 different accounts thank goodness. Another thing I noticed is that the NCB bank fee is $1 US while the Scotiabank fee is 4.75 - not that I needed another reason to stay away from the Scotiabank ATMs after the last stressful days
