For those of you that have stayed at CFS recently, can you comment on what is on the breakfast and lunch menus?

I've seen listings of the dinner items, but just wondering about the other meals.

We are staying there in July and tring to decide if it's best to eat early meals on site or wonder off to local spots?

Stayed there a couple of years back. In addition to the usual breakfast items that you'd expect to find like akee & saltfish, pancakes, eggs etc., they also have Johnny Cakes which are a variation of a pattie with your choice of breakfast fillings.

They will make you breakfast tacos as well, you just need to ask. They are REALLY good after a rough night of partying.

I forgot about the stuffed Johnny Cakes. They are really good as well. And I stand corrected regarding the breakfast tacos, or they changed their menu since the last time I looked at it. They call it the Caribbean breakfast burrito.

It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to not enjoy your stay there. They want their guests to be happy. The place is beyond stunning. The staff have all been there for years and work hard to remember you and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. They have an awesome masseuse on staff. Ivan's is one of the best places to eat, and it is steps from your room.
In answer to your question....YES!
It truly makes me smile to get to Negril, but I clap like a seal when I get to Catcha. Heaven on Earth, IMHO.
