SeaStar on Valentine's Night

I read that SeaStar has a buffet and show on Saturday night. Since we are going to be in Negril over Valentine's Day, would this be a good place to go that night (it will be Valentine's Night)?

I would set up dinner at Ivan's for sunset and than afterwards you can walk the 400 yards up the lane to Seastar to take in the show. Just let them know you are not interested in eating and you will get a reduced entry fee.
