I'm not sure if anybody has posted this or not.....don't assume that the hotel is sold out b/c the 3rd party booking sites say so. Often times the hotels only release a certain number of rooms to those sites so those particular rooms are sold out BUT the hotel probably still have rooms avaialable. Check directly with the hotel about availability.
