Oversold and tight compared to other properties. Look at Country Country or Nirvana if you are concerned about density. Both properties offer much more space per guest.
As of dec 8th the water was back up to the bar.

Gail posted a video on Facebook yesterday showing lots of beach between the surf and the bar.

They had a measureable amount of sand between the bar & the water at Christmas. Best they have had in the past two years! You didn't have to wade thru the water when you walked past the bar. Sorry I didn't take any pics...
