We tried CCLP 2010, it was a great place but I felt they were a bit stuffy, they got on a lady for going topless
which I do not do but to each her own.

Found FHB the next year and this will be our fourth stay with them. If Rob has a webcast there it will be nice to meet some more boardies.

Stayed at CCLB last year and thought the place sucked. I can stay at a motel 6 anywhere in the States. Understand my room was beachfront and still they did not impress. However, you will find many peeps who love the place. Common denominator is age. 50+ crowd seems to be the draw
