Is there a mini-mart similar to Shamrock close to Treehouse?

There is a small store (heading away from town) from Treehouse. It's pretty well stocked and they actually have a good liquor selection. We easily walked to it from Country Country (right next door to Treehouse). It's just past the Cool Spot restaurant on the morass side...
