First time at non-AI

First time not staying an AI....will be at CocolaPalm and am trying to revise packing list. Do I need to bring beach towel or does hotel furnish these? Transportation from Mobay is included but will he stop for me to purchase a phone or do I have to wait and go into Negril???? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated! Can't wait!!!

Not sure about Coco. Worst case scenario is that you buy a towel in Jamaica. They make a good keep sake anyway.

It's unlikely that a JUTA bus or other public transport will stop for the needs of one person when it comprimises what others want (to get to their hotel ASAP). Private transfers will gladly stop.

Coco furnishes beach towels daily. have fun!

At Coco La Palm you will be issued a "towel card" for each guest at check in. Take the card to the activities desk next to the beach bar and grill and exchange the card for the towel. Once you are done with it turn the towel in and get your card back. You must return the card at check out otherwise it is something like a $20 fine.

When you're done with your towel for the day, take it to the Towel Shack and exchange it for a clean/dry one. Easier than doing it in the morning when they're waiting for the clean ones to come from the laundry. We wait until the end to get the towel card back...
