    Gluten free foods

I just had a private message from Seastar on Facebook. I was told that Mega Mart in MoBay has a variety of gluten free products. Have any of my fellow boardies seen anything? My daughter and granddaughter can't have anything with gluten. If we could find bread and cereal that would really be great. We could stop there before heading for Negril.
    Thanks for any info.

Seastar is correct. You can find an assortment gluten-free items at Mega-Mart. Once in Negril, Sav (Shopper's Fair) would be the next best selection on gluten-free products.

I've been eating GF in Negril for years. I just skip the bread. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, meat and fish. I just skip the bread and (sigh) beer.

I don't recall which thread, or if on this site, but I recently saw a post about an entire gluten-free section at Mega Mart.

Bammy if I am not mistaken is GF since it is made with cassava flour and not wheat flour.
