Not sure about Coco. Worst case scenario is that you buy a towel in Jamaica. They make a good keep sake anyway.
It's unlikely that a JUTA bus or other public transport will stop for the needs of one person when it comprimises what others want (to get to their hotel ASAP). Private transfers will gladly stop.
