Mayfield Falls, is a nice place for the kids. The "river guides" will help and hold your likkle one and she will be treated like a queen! Its a nice likkle ride out there to! Try out Steve Positive Tours for the transportation needs~ There's plenty to do in Negril for kids. IMO
