Definitely call them direct, talk to Heather, ask for a second level, less noise, and nice balcony to sit out on, safe to leave it open at night that way, for fresh air.
Low season will cost you 50 bucks a night, don't know about the deluxe prices.
Wait, let me clarify that, I didn't mean leave it open all night while you sleep, but when you lounging around doing whatever at night, very safe atmosphere, and AC works great when you
need it.
