White Sands tips?

We are thinking about trying WS for a few nights this next trip. I know there are a lot of great boardies on here that really like the place so......

What can you tell me?

Any tips for booking?
Any room suggestions? (we're thinking about a deluxe room)
Any good deals to be had out there?

Any must do's?
Or don't do's?

Your suggestions would be very much appreciated.

you know me well, lol...im following roy so guess we will splurge the last week...come join us, make it aa big party,

The rooms on the morass side are newer and larger I'm told. The original White Sands rooms are rather small ( but on the beach side).
Nice clearn rest rooms on the beach side and a very good restaurant. Two for one drink specials every day and congenial barkeeps. Oh;
and a good beach.

Any of the d rooms on the beach side are nice. I have stayed there 5 times I love it

will be a party at rhondel from apr 24th thru 1st...ourselves and my running buddys roy and ginger...

We stayed in a deluxe room(2nd floor) beachside and it was a large room,clean and close to the beach and bar,that's all we needed.It was $60.00/night at Thanksgiving and we took a collapsable cooler and our house keeper filled it with ice for us every day(Nora I think).We only ate there a couple of times,pretty limited menu,drinks were always good and inexpensive.Pool is across the street back towards the office,spent part of one day making our own party there but pretty quiet there the rest of the time.Nice location because you can get to all the party spots with just a short walk,so we heard!
