I would go with the cheaper place across the street personally. If it still has a kitchen and the only thing lacking is a pool then it would be a great savings. I know how expensive things get with kids, that's why I usually stay across from the beach as well..nothing fancy, but good vibes and a bar and that's all that really matters...the kids will have plenty fun digging around the sand at the beach anyway. You won't miss the pool. Good luck deciding
