Wedding suggestions

My fiancé and I will be getting married in Negril this March. Can anyone who has had a wedding in Negril recommend vendors, especially a florist and cake baker. We really want to add some fun touches that we enjoyed in Negril ( peanut man, patties, maybe shaved ice). We would like some unique things for our cocktail hour and desert tables (italian pastries and cotton candy). A while back I was looking on a Negril Facebook page and someone had posted a picture of the cotton candy man. Does anyone have his contact info? I will attach his picture.

We are also looking for a contact for Niah's patties down in Waves Park. He makes the best patties. We would love to have a patty party or something fun like that. We will gladly take suggestions for people or locations that will not break our bank...LOL We want to thank our guests for traveling and are looking for a place to have a small breakfast buffet.

We did our wedding twenty years ago on Valentine's Day but negril was a very different place then. I would check with whatever hotel you are staying with for assistance; hotel we stayed at the time, Summerset Village, were very kind to arrange minister, cake and flowers for US$400, and my friends did all the pictures. I only needed to bring air-brushed tee shirts for wedding party to wear for a wedding at a deserted beach (which was Bloody Bay at the time) and purchase patties/bheer/sodas for all our friends on way to beach.

I regretfully do not have any contact for Niah's patties, but I will be on site on this coming Monday to talk to him. Concern is that he seems like a low-volume operation, cooking patties one at a time as they are ordered. How many patties do you need?

We have a venue for the wedding and Ivan's will be preparing the reception dinner.
Our wedding number seems to be growing by the day but looking around 80 people right now
We never expected even 1/2 that many when we 1st started planning.

Another awesome restaurant that can handle your group (with advance notice) is "Hungry Lion". We did our rehersal dinner there 20 years ago, and it's still an awesome restuarant.
