Rondel rooms should be right around your budget in November. They often have Fall specials. They also have a meal plan which includes breakfast and dinner. The food at the restaurant is very good & they have a nice bar on the beach. I have stayed there every trip, (2 times per year) for the last 10 years, both in high season & other times; and, there has always been plenty of beach for everyone. If TV is important to you, they have cable TV in all of the rooms. Internet can be a little up and down. All of the staff are wonderful.
