Some hotels do, some don't. High season could be more of an issue. I stayed one night at Travellers, NYE. No problem at Home Sweet Home, Catcha Gardens or Catcha Falling Star. Catcha Falling Star charges a $30 reservation fee though, so not good budget wise.
