i agree with patricia.....the beach at the palms is a bit nicer and i actually like the location better as well.....i have never meet jean but from reading on here i would certainly not book a room there unless i booked directly thru her.

Absolutely correct! I just returned from Negril Beach Club and after my timeshare expired, I have only rented directly from Jean. I would never suggest to anybody to book any other way. She rents the room that are individually owned but also has access to rent some of the better hotel rooms.Originally Posted by onthecorner
The pool deck has been repaired and looks really nice. The bar/restaurant is just okay which is disappointing. The bar restaurant is managed separately and I hate to see it sitting there pretty much empty as it's some prime real estate. They do offer an all day special of 6 Red Stripes for $10 - awesome for us but bad decision for them.
Security is at the front and in the back and they are doing a great job. I love it there and can't imagine staying anywhere else.
