If you're new to "boardie" tracking, it's fairly easy as they follow a daily migratory path, often to the same favorite locations. You may also spot the ubiquitous boardie at any place that may be offering a 2 for 1 on any given day. Telltale signs include, but are not limited to beer coozies (huggies) and bubba mugs. While some species of boardie are more active at dawn, the majority are most active at dusk and many are known to be completely nocturnal. Sunset is the best time for viewing because their full plumage is typically on display. Happy hunting!
