I wonder if Billy is still around. He was associated with Firefly Cottages. He transported us from Mobay to Negril but it has been several years.....

If you mean Dr. Bill, yes he is still around. He can usually be found between Ziggy's Watersports (next to Firefly) and Nirvana.
