There are people all over the globe that just don't care....period. They are trashy, lazy and couldn't care less about where the throw their garbage. The roads here in Alabama are unbelievable. Garbage thrown everywhere. All of the *education*, training etc....is not going to do a thing unless they want to clean up their land.

Agreed. It's pretty sickening. If you haven't, you should google "the Pacific garbage patch". I get mad just thinking about how easy it would be to prevent a lot of this stuff, but people just don't care. It's sad.

Say Dash ! Maybe if they started to compost the dogs would have a new territory to lift their leg, Beside doing it on the lounge chairs,One day a lady had her leg off the side of her chair and the dog thought that looked like a good to mark his territory(just saying)
