I noticed the quality of the work is much improved over the southern section - both the brick laying and the concrete sections. The sidewalk bed also seems to be a better pour. But, my only experience is what I've gained from standing out in front of construction projects and critiquing the work that is going on
I'll be walking by NTH northbound tomorrow early (6:45 - 7:00) and then southbound 8:00 ish. I'll also wander up there around 3:00 - maybe we could meet up?
