I'm here!!

I arrived yesterday to actual HEAT! What a change from freezing Ottawa.
Both planes were mostly on time and a Club MoBay rep met me. I was so happy because Immigration was a zoo. Got through and out in under 15 minutes.

I was met by 3 friends and we walks to the car. On the way my foot hit a hole in the road and down I went, face first. Luckily one of the ladies had a suitcase and I fell on it. Unluckily, I sprained my ankle! I managed to hobble around MegaMart but now my ankle is the size of an orange! I am sitting with my foot up on ice and am trying to get a tensor.

SLP that happened to me one time only it was two days before my trip ENDED not upon arrival. I feel for you. Believe it or not the salty sea water does help with the healing process. Good luck and enjoy your stay!

Ouch, sorry to hear about the ankle, Get a cooler filled with ice and Red Stripe and you"ll be multi-tasking (20 mins on ice, 20 mins w/o, repeat). Taking care of it the right way the 1st 2 days will allow you to enjoy your vacation more later

SLP cool runnings to you. I saw a guy in Boston stumble and fall and from a little distance he seemed drunk and I was really worried about him. Upon closer look, I realized he was not drunk or whatever but he actually was getting out of his car and his shoe was untied and that caused him to tumble so badly. Now I know more than ever to be sure of having my shoes tied. Just wanted to share. Sorry that you fell and hope your fun time in Jamaica will cure you soon. Have fun.
