A few pix from today

I managed to hobble to the beach and it felt as if it took an hour. In reality it takes about 4 minutes. It was cloudy but I prefer this to cold and snow.

I got some advice about releiving the swelling in my ankle so came back with custard apple leaves. I crushed some (as well as I could) added some vinegar and wrapped it around my ankle so we'll see.

At least the custard apple leave thing is better than the jelly fish sting treatment? Hope it works and hope you have an awesome trip!!

Same thing happend to my friend twice, you should try to drink atleast 2 large electrolight replacement drinks like gatoraide or such. This cured his ankle swelling. Do this daily................... lacdeloo
