I had no problem getting nano sim from Lime store on second floor of Value Master plaza. Worked great with my iPhone5 - purchased a $10 phone plan and $15 data plan.
i think I could also have gotten it at Digicel, but their system was down when I was shopping for SIM cards last month.
Most sim's should come in nano sim form or be able to puched\cut from the full size sim which is the size of credit\debit card. In fact I don't know of any phones that take full sims these days.

You will have no problem getting them at Digicel store in town at the roundabout. We purchased them in January for our Iphone
