I've used Clives transport on every trip to Negril. I've sent two requests and haven't heard anything from them. Thinking about using the buses at the airport. (JUTA?). I've heard of good experiences from people but am just curious about how it works. From what I've read, I just go to the JUTA desk when I arrive. No reservations needed...

We used JUTA a couple of times. You can just walk up or make a reservation. Either way the problem we had was waiting until they had enough people on the bus to leave. We also made two stop to drop people off in MoBay before heading to Negril. You then stop in the order of resorts/hotels. The savings in money wasn't worth the time we lost. http://jutatoursltd.com/

Have you tried e-mailing instead of using the web site form? I've had to do that 1-2X to follow up. No biggie.

Eh, you can still get a private driver for a very good price right at the airport. Just talk to one of the Juta guys standing around, tell them where you're going, what you want to pay, and viola! No need to share a bus.

On our last trip a few folks used Viator.com. Prices were cheaper than Juta and they didn't have to wait for others

Used Juta Negril many times, never a problem.

Thanks for everyone's responses. I'm going to personally email Clive's rather than filling out the online form. if I still don't hear anything from them I'm going to look into some of these options.
