for me....10 for the ride the deal provides on a bus....on a private ride i generally make a few stops and will generally buy my driver lunch and tip 20.....some dont tip at all so its really your choice but even if the driver loads and unloads your bags for you the tip is usally 1 -2 dollars a bag
