NEET Cultural Day at Travellers March 17th

The NEET organization is in full preparation mode for the upcoming Cultural Day to be held at Travellers Beach Resort on March 17, 2015 at 11am. Students from primary and all age schools in the surrounding Negril Community have been invited to showcase their talents with traditional music and dance. This is in an effort to promote cultural awareness to our locals, as well as to provide entertainment and show off our culture to persons visiting the island. Students, parents, teachers and visitors are invited to come out and support the event, the proceeds of which will go towards improving the schools in the community.

On a serious note, I was very impressed with the young entertainers I saw today!! What talent! The expressions,the drama, although I didn't understand everything that was said (patois) I got the gist and the emotions the children were conveying! Truly enjoyed and a very worthy cause. When I figure out technology, I will post a few videos.
