Although there was music last time I was there in January, it was not live. I can't speak to what's happening in September. Maybe just me but I got a strange vibe from that place.

I have heard that from several tourists. Sounds like more of a local hangout, and tourists are not as welcome there as other places.

There is an old saying (even in Jamaica): "You can shear a sheep many times but you can only eat him once" In this case, a tourist can be likened to a sheep and I can say no more as I don't like to talk bad about a Jamaican business as lord knows it is tough enough these days.

I 3rd the "strange vibe". I don't spend alot of time on 7 mile, but when I do I tend to stick to the local hangouts. I've been to BB with a group of "tourists" and felt that strange vibe. I've also been there solo and had a GREAT time, partying on the beach until the sun came up.

don't bit ya tongue, mi fren
    ...spit it out
    ...tell it

if the business ~~~Jamaican, American, Canadian, Martian, whatever~~~ ain't running things *properly* then it should be made-known

    it's 'tough' planet-wide these days, for every-body

biz-ness-wise, if times are 'tough' and you're doing things the wrong and/or improper way, then boss-man should clean-up his/her act(s) na tru
