I'm not sure how you can infer that because someone dislikes our President that he/she has no love or respect for the Jamaican people. That's a stretch at best, and insulting at worst. I personally do NOT like our President, and could detail why, but don't feel thats necessary to illustrate my point. How I feel about the leader of our country in NO WAY reflects how I feel about ANYONE else. I judge people as individuals, not members of a group or based on skin color, as this seemingly implies. ASking how I feel about the color green has nothing to do with my opinions on the color red.....In that same vein, how I feel about Obama has absolutely NOTHING to do IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER how I feel about the entire Jamaican culture/people. Implying otherwise is just as insulting as the suggestion Jamaica could keep him, or any other comment referring to Obama...ignorance has MANY faces, apparently. While implying we should have love and respect for all, you've managed to insult people yourself. To think that people cannot separate their feeling about one person from their feeling on an entire nation's people isn't giving people any credit whatsoever. Nothing could be further from the truth, and its a cheap shot to even hint otherwise. Its his politics I don't care for, not his skin color.
