I managed about four hours sleep. Just putting some last minute things in the case and I'm on the road.
Its -2 Celsius here but "F*#k IT" I'm wearing shorts to the airport.

My routine is get a good night's sleep. Excedrin PM if necessary
My flight is usually about 10:30. So I leave the house at 6:00
Flight is only 1:30 but door to door from St. Augustine to Zion Hill is still 8 - 9 hrs.
A five hour energy spread out over the day works well.
