Although not your original plan, you will see how much fun Jamaica is, especially Negril. It is easier to go solo in Negril than lots of places. As for Andre pulling a disappearing act, I would feel the same way as you in that situation and I know I would panic. You've received so much great advice so far and I just wanted to agree with what everyone has already said: You will have a wonderful time in Negril as a solo traveler! I'm sure of it! Have fun! Enjoy every minute! I'm looking forward to hearing about your trip when you return! Only one more day to go!!
