I am with Cap on this! Forget the politics! When the leader of a country with the global power and influence of the U.S. visits a small Caribbean island, it's special! Enjoy the moment. I'd be out there waving a flag or 3! He's big celebrity!
I don't know the man, clearly - but he just strikes me as the kind of person who would like to be able to have chill vacay like we all do in Jamaica, and would love to sit anonymously at a webcast at Canoe or 3 Dives and enjoy the time. You know?
Man, if I rented a car in Jamaica, they would clear the roads for me, too - but for totally different reasons! In my case, it would be a matter of national safety for all Jamaicans!
I hope he got awesome Jamaican food! And I bet Jerk Chicken will be on the White House menu soon!
