As per their website, trip takes 300 minutes (5 hours) one way. Leaves Negril at 7:15 daily (on weekends they have a second departure in early afternoon).
Leaves Port Antonio at 6:30 am daily. To access their website, just click on the "Transport" tab at top of this site.
