Facebook. Lots of people we've met down there from the sates and the island keep in touch. The board, and online versions of the observer and (with a large grain of salt) The Star.

The board and pinterest when I need a real quick picture fix. Red Stripe by the pool at home with some reggae on the stereo.

I cook jerk chicken and/or pork at least once a week. Ganja cookies daily. Photos of Jamaica all over my office.

This board is the best place but there are a few facebook groups and friends that we use to keep in touch. I also touch base with some contacts via txt or phone calls a couple times a year. We also have several friends at home that are Jamaican so we are in many ways surrounded by Jamaican culture all year round. But I'm usually the one keeping them informed about wagwan.
