Accompong, I had a lengthy visit with Lee Issa last year and I got the feeling that he did not want to see a Cancun skyline..He spends lots of time at the Hotel we stay and is very approachable. I got the impression that he liked the low profile of the Negril area...Now he would be glad to spread out but not up..
