Best In The West out of the dozen or so that I've tried over the years. Their white meat is never dry and the flavor is all the way through the meat. Sauce is always on the side. Then again, good barbecue don't need no sauce.

Where is Bigga's? There is a Bigga's in Negril, if I recall. It's not the associated with Bigga's in Green Island, I don't believe.
Love Step Aside - visit Marshall several times each trip.
Don't waste your time with explanations, people only hear what they want to hear.
Bigga's and Best in the West are our favorites.
Our driver Ashton's Pitt's requirements are a clean soup pot and a place to wash hands, Bigga's passed on both items.
Our fav is Eddies De Bar. Very similar to 3 dives but Eddie doesn't have the crowds like his brother so he can get it right every time.
Biggas in Green Island was the first jerk we had on the island. I'm not sure if we got a bad one or what but it was dry dry dry. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
Tony's is good but I need to make sure to tell him no ketchup otherwise it comes covered with it.
Best in the West is really good.
Bourbon Beach also has a different but very good sauce they serve with their chicken. The chicken itself is average but I can't get enough of that sauce.

Trip #59 most of February
Best in the West across from Coco la Palm has been our go to jerk chicken vendor. Keith is eating 3 square meals a day, plus one 1/2 jerk chicken dinner from Best in the a West as an afternoon snack!! Their sauce is a delicious slow burn and the chicken is moist.
