Now that i've been banned from picking on the french, sitting here bored has got me thinking, which means 2 things 1 i've got a headache and 2 i forget more then i remember. Ne way back in the day 93 and 95 i can remember going on a trips from Negril to a spend a day on a beach where there was jet skiing, rafting, snorkling and all you could drink, it was the other side of Mobay, but can i remember where of course not. it was a private beach that had a track leading down to it. I know it was the other side of Mobay because on way back from the 95 trip i had to change a bus there, and had a nice ride back to negril with a family of first timers, who fell victim to the overbooking by their hotel and had nowhere to stay, good news is they ended up at a good palace on beach which is where sandals could be but don't quote me on whats there now. must be time for coffee and a cake, i see some Canadians i could go and..........

Pool it can be exciting, sometimes to exciting, but on days when i'm most senior on duty i have to stay in or very close to office and not out walking around the terminal like i normally am

Marko it wasn't a hotel or a resort just a beach with some huts with a kitchen and a bar, and yes it was on road to ochie. now i'll whisper this the sun is out here so i think i'll go and sit by the Thames and work on my tan

Was it called Time and Place on the Beach? There was a place beside Trelawney that had a small bar on the beach, a small restaurant area a little ways back from the beach. It was owned by a woman from Chicago and her Jamaican husband. When I was there, they were talking about building sleeping "huts". Last time I heard, which was about 5 years ago, the place was still there.
