60 dollars is what we pay one way for two people in a nice air conditioned nearly new Toyota 11 passenger bus driven by a safe driver.

That's not important though.
Here is what is.

I don't want to go from the airport to Negril at 70 miles an hour or more passing everything at high speed and depending on luck that there won't be a slow moving farm vehicle or animal on the road and with only a heavy hand on the horn to make it through.
Been there, done that.

What I need is observance of speed limits and traffic laws by a good driver who isn't smoking a fattie or drinking beer behind the wheel.

Several years back, we stopped just before Lucea to help a van load of tourists heading to Negril, after their bus flipped onto it's side due to excessive speed in the rain. No one hurt, but still, it must have been horrible.

Just two years ago, a big bus was smashed by a car on the way back to the airport around Sandy Bay.

Accidents do happen. I just don't want to be in a little Corolla wagon. pressing traffic because the driver wants to make a quick trip, and I save 10 or 20 dollars.

Make sure you use a recommended driver from this site.

Rob wouldn't steer us wrong.
