Ras...same project.
It won't be the land where the resort is located....but located on the Rhodes Hall Plantation land owned by a Jamaican...he has over 550 acres in that area.

As someone who spent 72 hours in the hospital in Sav until I could be transferred UHWI and then to the States I'm very happy and thrilled for this development.

I have to agree with you Smith......I could not find anything about Howard University's involvement which as you know is in DC and not NJ so I asked my dad who is affiliated with HU and he's never heard of this project...not that there's no truth to it but his reply when I asked him was "How the ras can HU underwrite this when they can't even pay their faculty, staff and bills"Originally Posted by smith744
