tic i think it would be better if you did a deal with a driver and got him to take you there, i'm sure with a good bit or hard talking you could get it down to cheaper then hiring a car/van, maybe do a hard sell to some others staying at same hotel and get a bus full, they can do shopping, dunns etc whilst you do what you want
