How far is this from Negril? Is it worth the trip? Some of the pictures look beautiful but I've read mixed reviews. Thanks.

I would do an overnight or probably a 2 night trip. Rent a car. my wife and I just did a trip from negril to portland and back. Worth the trip. But 3 days is enough.
