*** continue-ing ***

for the past-several trips,
i've been packing light
and
opt-ed to make purchases of things-needed
HERE-on-island.

more about this later

today
popped in at a shop
and got 3 medium men's mariners
cost... Ja$300

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
at those prices,
i should buy a case
and take 'em back to USofA
and sell 'em, na tru

earlier,
was chilling in Lucea town
on the verandaH,
but too too many people saw me
and
lots of chattin' blah blah blah blah

so,
*found* a *new* chill spot::::>> on wall over the river, near the police station

not too many people
pass that way .... so far

the heat not too bad today
'cause a little cloudy
but humidity still up
but there's a slight breeze, to make things more bear-able

i felt like i needed something(( ??? ))
to drink/sip/what-ever,
so,
started to walk over one of the bars,
for a beer
but
changed my mind,
and got two juice-oranges
to suck on

better for me

cost::>> Ja$100 ... fresh peeled

earlier,
thirsty same-way

popped in at 7thDayAventist carry-out
and got a NICE pineapple & sorrel drink

cost... Ja$200 ... 'bout 12 oz.

must go back to-country

..need to re-group for this weekend

i REALLY need a nap,
but
don't wanna close my eyes,
'cause i'll miss something
..wanna stay awake, and soak-IN
ALL the wonders & pleasure-ment of Jamaica

when i went out
to smoke
i *found* my jelly-coconut man

:-)

he wasn't in-town, at his spot earlier,
but him there NOW...!!!..

he/me/we were all-smiles when i walked up
along
with a bunch of joyfull plesantries with some of his buddies
who were sitting at his stand.

i purchased a jelly,
and he picked a NICE one.
....LOTS of juice,
and the jelly soooooooooooo-soft,
like not -quite-set jello

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
soooooooooooooooo yummy & refreshing

a question arose
'bout the Spam

ok
here's the deal::::>>> as i mentioned in a report a few years ago,
my Ja-mentor likes from-foreign Spam
because (according to her)
foreign-Spam has a higher salt content,
which she prefers/likes

yesterday, i forgot to mention
when i got to country
i made a quickie trip
back to Lucea-town
to check-in with my Ja-mentor

she wasn't working at her shop,
which didn't surprise me,
since she's now teaching at GreenIsland HighSchool
but,
i'll link her on Saturday

but to my pleasant surprised,
when i walked into the shop,
one of the employees told me:::>>> "....Here ..... she told me to give this to you..."""

Huh..??? --- me said

in the *usual* black-plastic bag,
were two cell phones.

Sometime this weekend,
i GOT TO get over to Negril::::::: folks to see and surprise,,,,,,, videos to shoot .... see my barber, to look nice for Kingston court Monday
