We are raising money to bring Magic Mike and Friendly Fred, both three legged dogs from the Montego Bay Animal Haven to Canada for a better life. It is difficult for three legged dogs to find good homes in Jamaica. Any donation would greatly help in making this happen. Also sharing the link on your FB pages would be appreciated.

This is a photo of Magic Mike after his surgery. He is being taught to lay in a crate for his airplane travel. We are trying to raise enough money so the two three legged dogs can come to Canada prior to the heat embargo.

You will be able to follow Magic Mike and Friendly Fred's journey from Jamaica to Canada on happygirlpuppy's Facebook page. Happy Girl is a three legged dog we found in Negril perishing in a pile of leaves after being struck by a car. She now lives in Canada and has her own line of healthy dog treats available in 20 Pet Valu's. Our lives were changed when we met Tammy Browne at The Montego Bay Animal Haven. Now we do everything we can to support and help the dogs in a country we love Jamaica.

Our dogs on Zion Hill. Soon to have puppies.

The brown female ("Zion")lived her first 3 years with a chain around her neck living under a piece of zinc and hardly being fed. The previous owner thought that she might eat fowl. To his credit he didn't just kill her.

She's a happy dog now and so is her boyfriend "not yet" we've had since a puppy:
