Did you do it via email? I tried contacting Seastar repeatedly via their website to ask questions and to book, after weeks trying and no response I called and did it over the phone. Was surprised they were non-responsive via email as the service when we've been to the bar and restaurant on numerous occasions (and asked for a tour of the rooms) was excellent.Originally Posted by craigandjen
