I am a repeat visitor to Negril since 1990 and many trips. All of my trips have been in the low season until 18 months ago we did a 5 day trip over New Years. On that trip we stayed
on the cliffs as it was a last minute trip and most places were booked. We did explore the beach a bit and I was amazed at how many people were at the various resorts. Also there seemed to be more entertainment at that time of year. We leave in the morning for a 6 nite stay on the beach. We also are hoping to visit again over New Years and I plan too visit a couple of properties to decide where we will be staying,and I think we prefer the beach for New Years. The travel sites are already showing very limited availability.
