Advise/knowledge/guidance - All inclusive beach wedding October 2016

Good Day Boardies,

One of my long time friends and her fiancé have decided to be wed in Negril, Jamaica (& I'm thrilled) They are not getting married until October 2016 but are being smart and are looking at options now.

I am hoping for a bit of all inclusive - beach wedding advise.

I am hoping to get a few name of resorts that are on the 7 mile beach and that may specialize in beach weddings and have a wedding planner.

My friends are thinking that an all inclusive resort will best suit the family & friends that will be travelling.

Any thoughts at all is appreciated.

We were married at Charela Inn.

I sent an email to the people we invited with links to groupon, living social, negril onestop deals as they came out. Coco la palm, Treehouse, couples and white sands offer a broad array of prices, quality of accommodations and are all within close enough proximity to walk, and allow for people on different budgets to do what they want. All places aside from couples allow guests so it made it much easier for people to link up, but no feel pressured to stay at the same resort. Especially where a lot of people cant afford to stay at an expensive AI, or just dont want to do AI.

I was married two weeks ago at Half Moon Beach and I did everything through Isabelle Stewart. I highly recommend her. I was a wedding planner for 12 years in my city in the US and have planned events all around the US for a private University for the past 8 years. With 20 years of event planning experience, I can say without a doubt that Isabelle is fabulous! I didn't want to do anything for my own wedding and not only was it perfect, it was absolutely stress free.

Half moon BAY is different than Half Moon BEACH..... HALF MOON BEACH IS AN AMAZING SPOT IN GREEN ISLAND. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE CHECK IT OUT. GREAT PEOPLE AND A FAMILY OWNED PROPERTY FOR GENERATIONS. IT WOULD BE AN INCREDIBLE WEDDING SITE, ESPECIALLY FOR A SUNSET WEDDING!
