I love SW.... my arrival was 12/23 but the fare dropped so I changed to 12/21 and used points for my first 2 nights in MoBay and then off to Negril!

I got 2 extra nights, a credit for future travel and mini vacay at an AI hotel in MoBay for $0!! 2 pieces of checked luggage is a plus also. Definitely WINNING!
