Here's what works for me and Linston.
I have a Schwab checking account. They refund all ATM fees. An ATM card can be used a bunch of places.
One of my favorites is the Petcom station at the aerodrome. Mostly no one there.
Last week I was getting 115.70 with the fees refunded.
