Beautiful Pix Chuck! Thanks for sharing.
Not many old timers left here but have admired your pictures for a long time on this board.Just chuck you have a real talent and I thank-you for sharing with us.
It's Friday and today we are booked with Lenbert for the One Love Pub Crawl. Our three gal friends from Oregon are also booked for the pub crawl so it should be lots of fun. We had gone on the crawl several years ago and thought it was time to do it again. By the time the bus got to us at travellers it was starting to fill up.
Cathy and the three Oregonians waiting for the bus.
First or maybe that should Thirst stop is the Justice of the Peace
Kids on the way home
Then it was back on the bus, still a pretty sober looking group
The next stop was at Canoe, then on to No Limit. I chose to cross the road and go to PeeWee's. I remembered going to PeeWee's back in 1990 and have always had a liking for the place. There are sometimes divers to watch and the views are outstanding.
Next bar up was Xtabi and by now some of our group was getting in the mood for some cliff jumping.

Justchuck, we must have missed you by a few days. Visited Travellers every other day so Diane's son Keith could workout in the gym. While he worked out in the gym, I walked the beach.
Thanks for taking the time to post. Great stuff!
VVHT
VVHT - I think we had just been home a few days when you were arriving.
Leaving Xtabi we were a few travellers short as some had to leave, but the party must go on. Lenbert cranked up the music and we were off to Bella Donna's
Everyone seemed to be getting more animated by now and when we arrived many swarmed the bar, I swarmed the pizza.
This kitten was so cute
It was picture taking time with the group and then back on the bus. The music was pumping and the bus was swaying as we continued on with two more bars to go.

The pub crawl continued on to Negril Escape
We had stayed at Negril Escape several years ago and Tony recognized us and came over to say Hello
Another of our group decides to take the leap
Our next and last stop of the day was the High Life Villa deep in the west end. I had seen pictures of this villa before but never been there. It was a gorgeous place and is available for guests to stay. The pictures are a bit grainy as it was quite dark by this time of day.
We didn't arrive back to Travellers Beach Resort until after 8 pm and then to discover that our air conditioner had quit working. A quick trip to the front desk and soon someone was there to attempt to remedy the problem. He wasn't able to get it going but he left and soon returned with a key for another room so we would have a cool place to sleep. Our little dilemna was handled very well by Travellers and they had our air conditioner working properly by 11 AM the next morning.

Saturday morning we took a little walk up the road. We were contemplating a trip at New Years and wanted to take a look at a couple of properties. So many places are already booked for that time of year and many of what are available are in another price league. Both Coral Seas Gardens and Pure Garden Resort had rooms available so we wanted to take a look. Both properties were just a short walk.
Coral Seas Gardens looked ok and had a large pool, but despite advertising restaurant and bar we were told that neither were operating any longer and you must go to Coral Seas Beach Resort for the restaurant.
Pure Gardens Resort did have an operating restaurant and bar tucked away at the back of the property which all looked pretty nice.
Walking back to our hotel we stopped and chatted with Dave. He had a little roadside stand along the side of the road. Walking by his stand before he had simply offered us a "Good Morning". He had something cooking on a grill and I was curious but nothing was ready yet and he tempted me with a jelly coconut instead.
